Lil Wayne may not be the hottest rapper on the block anymore, but he’s definitely the most worn costume out of all of the hip-hop celebrities. From the streets to suburbia, it looks as if everyone wanted to be the Young Money CEO for Halloween this year. Many of our favorite Lil Waynes even darkened their skin and replicated the face tattoos.
