Beautiful singer Janelle Monae graces the cover of Jones Magazine’s Winter issue and shows off her second best asset–her gorgeous face. Explaining her signature look, she tells Jones that her mom, dad and step-dad all wore uniforms to work so she honors them by always wearing a signature black & white outfit. So through her typical bow-tie and fitted tuxedo, her modern spin on the uniform, she pays homage to her family.
