Common weight loss mistakes women make

If you say:  I choose nutritious foods, I don’t know what’s going on

Keep your portions in check. While you may be eating the right foods, you may be eating too much and the additional calories are keeping the weight on you!  Writing down everything you eat and the amounts can help you determine where you are going wrong. Also, by swapping out  higher-calorie healthy eating foods for high-fiber, lower-calorie foods will decrease your overall caloric intake.
