Protein is one of the most important building block for the body to develop healthy muscle, bone, skin, and other tissues. Commonly often used  by athletes, protein shakes come in many combinations of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Whether its a 100% protein  or a combination of mostly carbohydrates with a little added protein and fat, it’s the most common after workout meal.
