Need a little salty, sweet mix? They are the perfect snack or after workout pick me up.  Dried fruits are a great source of antioxidants. They are also a great substitution for high sugar snacks.  Nuts are high in protein and good fats to keep cholesterol levels normal. Combining these two together will not only satisfy a sweet craving but also provide a balance of fats and carbs at a healthy level without the guilt.
