Erica Mena dropped quite the shocking revelation on “Love & Hip Hop” fans this week when she posted photos of herself with a baby bump while partying in Washington, D.C. And while some fans are congratulating the reality star and others are criticizing her, a growing number of people are now questioning whether her alleged pregnancy is real or not.
According to a report from Sister 2 Sister magazine, there’s plenty of reason to believe that Mena’s pregnancy is just a prank to fool some mystery victim. As the report notes, last week, Mena was videotaped brawling with a woman at a New York nail salon launch party and her stomach was visibly flat in the skin-tight dress she was wearing.
Mena’s on-gain, off-again boyfriend, Rich Dollaz, who was on the scene during her fight, also seemed just as shocked as everyone else when he got wind of Mena’s alleged pregnancy.
“I don’t know about all the pregnancy rumors,” he told TheYBF.com. “Erica was posting pics on IG from Bar 7 in DC and I’m in Houston. So I guess a convo is def in order when we are back in NY.”
Additionally, after Mena posted her pregnancy photos, more photos of the party began to surface online showing Mena with a visibly flatter stomach throughout other parts of the night. Photos also show Mena drinking Patron straight from a bottle.
And it’s not just outsiders who are calling Mena’s pregnancy fake, Mena herself has posted thinly veiled tweets discrediting her own alleged pregnancy.
“LMFAO! Assume and you make an A$$ out of yourself!,” she wrote, before directly challenging MediaTakeOut’s story about her pregnancy. “LOL so ya still believe these stupid MediaTake out post?!…….Ha!”
Well, it looks like Mena’s pregnancy is nothing more than a prank. We’re sure Rich is letting out a hearty sigh of relief, right now. Check out some other infamous fake pregnancies below. –nicholas robinson
