Warren Sapp’s Windermere, Florida former mansion, was originally valued at $7 million. However, after being  in hot water with the bankruptcy court listing $6.45 million in assets and $6.7 million in debt, the home was put up for auction sale with an offer of $2.3 million by the creator of the Ab Roller, Brenda Dykgraff. Unfortunately, Dykgraff’s offer on the 15,162-square-foot luxury home was rejected by the bankruptcy court and is now back on the market for $2.9 million and allegedly may already have a potential buyer.

The custom designed Tuscan mansion in Reserve at Lake Butler Sound, was built in 2005. It  sits on 500 feet of combined frontage with a dock on Lake Butler. The home includes 10,100 square feet of living space and features four large bedrooms, a wine cellar, a movie theater, a resort-style swimming pool complete with a lazy river and water slide.
