Grapefruit Mimosa
Ingredients:
8 large ruby red grapefruits 1 bottle of prosecco, chilled
Prep:
Juice the grapefruits and pour into a large pitcher.
Add one-third to half the bottle of prosecco (save the rest for later).
Serve.
