‘The Voice’ recap: Blind auditions 4

url-31

The competition just gets better with each show. It seems that every guy on the show loves Shakira and the women are loving Usher. However, in the end each coach added two new performers to their teams.

First to hit the stage, former Ford model, Audrey Karrasch. After her performance, it as pretty obvious she was only concerned with Usher. Not letting Adam or Blake get  too many words in, she immediately chose Usher.

Other highlighted performers, Brandon Rousch, who works with autistic children, family man Patrick Dodd and Savannah Berry whose small frame but big voice blew the judges away. Wedding singer, Orlando Dixon, made it to the next round just seconds away from the end of his song. “I’m happy I hit the buzzer at the last minute. I turned because you have a great tone but I’m going to push you more. Welcome to Team Ursher baby,” said Usher.

The newest members of the teams:

• Team Adam: Patrick Dodd and Agina Alvarez

Team Usher: Brandon Rousch and C. Perkins

Team Shakira: Audrey Kerrisch and Orlando Dixon

Team Blake: Trevor Davis and Savannah Berry

Stay tuned as the coaches battle it out some more to complete their teams.  “The Voice” airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC. -louvonia mcclain
