Taking their cue from the funk-master demigod Bootsy Collins (below), most of the 3,000 passengers donned their best outfits that best represent the decade that many deem the Golden Age of soul (R&B) music, the 1970s.
How many were able to fit some of these outfits into their suitcases is beyond me. But it made for pure entertainment on a cruise vessel that is already overflowing with it.
As you will attest on the following e-pages, some of the outfits were pure genius while others were … well … you have to see for yourself.
