Colombian pop star Shakira was hit with a lawsuit  filed by two former employees filed last year. A Spanish judge dropped the case against Shakira but ordered the singer to pay the former workers just $743.93 each. Shakira previously offered to the plaintiffs when they were let go by the singer. However, Maritza de Avila and Dibier Hernandez decided to sue seeking $250,000 each for “unjustified firing” after working for her for 24 years. They claimed the Colombian singer owed them the money after they worked long hours and allegedly weren’t paid.

The duo were trying to blackmail the superstar by saying that if she didn’t pay them they would release a sex tape they claimed they had. The employees claimed they somehow taped Shakira and boyfriend, Piqué having oral sex.

‘The Voice’ judge still faces a million dollar lawsuit brought by longtime ex-boyfriend, Antonio de la Rúa, claiming he was her manager during their 11-year relationship. However, in legal documents filed by Shakira’s lawyers they claim that she was already an international star when she met de la Rua in 2000 and that he was never her manager.
