Leaning lifting crunch

How to: Stand with feet together, bend knees slightly, arms extended overhead and palms pressed together. Lean toward the right, stretching through left side. Next, keep abs in tight and then slowly lean to the left as left leg extends out to the side, lifting leg with pointed toe. Do 20 reps on one side and then repeat on opposite side.

* if needed use chair for balance (see picture below)
