Will and Jada Pinkett Smith were spotted in Hawaii working out together. The couple didn’t pass up the opportunity to make their health a priority just because they’re on vacation. Will jogged around the beach while Jada was surfing, working out her upper arms.

During an interview with Shape magazine, Jada, who enjoyed gymnastics, dance and horseback riding while growing up, tells the interviewer, “Sitting at home on a Saturday or Sunday was never an option. They [Trey, Jaden and Willow] love to go to the gym with Will and me, but surfing and snowboarding is what we do together as a family for fun.”


Will Smith’s trainer Darrell Foster once designed this workout routine for the star:

–5-mile run first thing in the morning for six days


–Weight training in the evening with weightlifting or resistance training, five days per week:

–Pyramid regime in reps 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2 on either an incline or a flat bench push, breaking down the workouts over a course of days:

1. Chest and Triceps
2. Back and Biceps
3. Shoulders
4. Abs and Core
5. Legs
