A Manhattan judge has dismissed three sensational sex suits against Kevin Clash, the long-time voice of the beloved Sesame Street monster, Elmo, on Monday, July 1, 2013.
Accusers Cecil Singleton, Kevin Kiadii and one unnamed plaintiff have waited too late to file their claims against the former puppeteer; complaint came well past the states statute of limitations. The complained in 2012 they suffered “adverse psychological and emotional effects” as a result of their sexual encounters with Clash.
