Clean is much more simple and the easiest of the three. While eating green and lean have a much longer list of foods that should not be consumed, eating clean only contains three. Those who eat clean eliminate alcohol, sugars and empty carbs like white bread, rice and pasta. Eating whole grain pasta, breads and grains are encouraged since they are the fuel source needed along with protein to successsfully lose weight and workout.
