Eat Lean
Lean eating is somewhat of a vegetarian lifestyle. Eating lean doesn’t mean giving up meats. This type focus on eating lean proteins, high fiber while eliminating sugars, alcohol and grains and starches. Eggs, chicken, fish and tofu are the main source of protein for this group and fats such as avocado, olives, olive oil and coconut oil are options. Grilling meats and veggies are the main way of cooking.
