McNair elementary shooting
Police are currently on the scene at a metro Atlanta elementary school after a gunman opened fire. According to WSB TV, a shooting was reported at Ronald E McNair Discovery Learning Academy this morning.
The outlet reports that a gunman entered the school located at 2nd Avenue in Decatur,and told an office worker to call the news. The gunman then opened fire.
So far no injuries have been reported and parents are being instructed to pick up their children from a nearby Walmart.
No further details on the shooting have been released.
