Above, Rock the Bells 2013 is celebrating their 10-year anniversary with shows in multiple cities, including San Francisco, Sept. 14-15; Washington, D.C., Sept. 28-29; and East Rutherford, N.J., Oct. 4-5. With more than 50 acts performing over two days, including E-40, Too Short, J.
