According to tartecosmetics.com, “Seven hundred and two percent” that is how much your eyelash volume is supposed to increase with tarte’s Lights, Camera and Flashes Statement Mascara ($23). I can confirm at least a 250 percent increase. I copped this mascara two weeks ago because they were having a sweet sale at Ulta. I prefer to dress my face with paraben- and phthalates-free products. Not only did the mascara add volume and length to my short and thin lashes, but it lasted all day and washed away fairly easily. Now, the big question is would I pay full price for tarte’s statement mascara? Absolutely. Get yours.
