Apple has unveiled its latest iPad model.
While there are new bright neon colors or even a gold one, the new sleek iPad design is 20 percent thinner than the iPad 2 at only 7.5mm thick, and weighs just one pound which is 28 percent less than the original iPad. The screen remains the same with its 9.7-inch Retina Display and 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution.
This is the first major redesign of Apple’s top selling tablet since the iPad 2 was released in March 2011.
