Thursday night, Alicia Keys hosted a very special event to benefit her very own charity, the Keep A Child Alive Organization in New York City.
This year’s black carpet event, is the 10th Annual Black Ball marked the 10th anniversary of her charity concert to raise money, which helps children and families affected by HIV.
Keys celebrated her big night, surrounded by a handful of her biggest charity supporters including husband Swizz Beatz, son Egypt, Lala Anthony, Disney star Zendaya Coleman, NBA baller Grant Hill and his gorgeous wife Tamia and more.
The “Fallin'” singer wore a red hot Cushnie et Ochs sleeveless silk-crepe Resort 2014 gown which she later switched up for a custom Armani Privé purple beaded cocktail dress for her performance.
