When 2 Chainz decided to release a cookbook to showcase the delicious delicacies that graced his Instagram page, he turned to Chef Aleem to break down the process of creating some of his favorite dishes. A magnum cum laude graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts of Atlanta, Aleem took his passion for food and fed his pockets by catering to Atlanta’s high profile members of society. Next, the young Chef looks to transition into reality TV with his show “Well Done,” which will give viewers a real taste of what it means to be a chef balancing demanding clients and life as a single parent.
He was quoted saying: “I want to attract young people and people in general to the culinary world as a viable career choice. Before it becomes a last effort to do something, I want people to take it as a professional career choice and if you start it earlier enough you can end up making a decent living by the time you get to the age where a decent living is important.”
Who he’s cooked for: 2 Chainz, Kanye West, Big Sean, Ludacris, Kandi Burruss, and the list goes on
