Not all celebs are running to get nipped and tucked for bigger breasts, less stomach and more butt. Many people look to celebs’ diet and weight loss plans to attempt to mimic them and have the same results. Some of them use extreme diets to stay sexy year-round while others use the simple approach of changing their overall lifestyle and incorporating lots of exercise and healthier foods.  However they do it, from baby food to drinking apple cider vinegar to an all raw diet, see which plans helped celebrities in 2013 to drop their extra weight.
