Dairy products, such as milk, cheese, yogurt and butter, are included.  Lacto-ovo vegetarian diets exclude meat, fish and poultry, but allow dairy products and eggs. Ovo-vegetarian diets exclude meat, poultry, seafood and dairy products, but allow eggs.
