Cie Cie Wilson McGhee is the director of Cultural Affairs for the city of Riverdale. McGhee directs the cultural programs that include concert series, festivals, fitness programs and lifestyle enrichment classes. Her contributions to the city led to the creation of the South City Concert Series of the ‘70’s and ‘80’s, including the S.O.S. Band, Con Funk Shun and the Ohio Players. She also directs the annual Seafood & Beer Festival, which attracted more than 100,000 people in its first year.
With more than 20 years in entertainment, McGhee’s mission is to connect the community with issues that matter. She has a passion for working with organizations that serve women and children. She has been involved with Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless, St. Jude’s Children’s Radiothon and breast cancer awareness campaigns.
McGhee us married with one son.
