A mother who contracted syphilis says that her private information was placed on Facebook by employees at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati.

According to WLWT, the woman said she was treated for the STD in 2013 and discovered that her health records were made available online shortly after the diagnosis.

A screen shot of her diagnosis was posted on the private Facebook page, “Team No H-s.” Comments under the photo included “slut,” and “hoe.”

One of the employees who reportedly leaked the information was the woman’s ex-boyfriend, Ryan Rawls. Apparently, Rawls discovered that his ex-girlfriend was diagnosed with an STD and convinced two other employees to capture the woman’s personal information.

It’s a state and federal violation to leak a patient’s medical record and could lead to a lifetime ban from the medical industry.

The woman is suing the hospital for $25,000.
