For the third time in two weeks, another video has emerged of police brutality by the NYPD. The newly released video shows Jahmiel Cuffee, 32, of New York, being arrested by police for loitering and marijuana possession. A crowd surrounds the scene and cellphones record the incident. This incident continues to show a pattern of police brutality by the NYPD against black suspects and comes on the heels of the death of Eric Garner.

This time, the officer involved in the abuse was a black cop and the crowd becomes enraged when the officer lifts his foot and stomps down on the head of Cuffee. In addition, an officer pulls his gun and aims it at Cuffee’s head. Fortunately, Cuffee did not suffer serious injury but did complain of head pain.
