David Banner has been a very influential voice in the wake of the Ferguson protests. Ignited by the killing Michael Brown, the Missouri town quickly learned how fast the government labeled the protesters as enemies- causing riots and war between the people and the system. After Banner made a powerful statement about the value that Blacks place upon each other, CNN asked the hip-hop leader to speak as a representative for the black community.
