B.O.B came to Music Midtown with one goal in mind: to rock the stage with his energy while interacting with the crowd. He got everyone jumping up and down, bobbing to the beat, singing and rapping along to his hits “Nothing On You”, “Bet I” and “Headband.”
Jumping offstage, he required the help of his bodyguard to help him greet the hands of fans. In the age of Instagram and selfies, he took a small camera and a cell phone from fans to snap a photo with the crowd. Emptying a water bottle directly towards fans on different sides of the stage, he also tossed in his sunglasses and a t-shirt.
The sold out crowd of about 150,000 came to see Eminem do the last set of the weekend. Waiting all day to get their spots in the audience, they were truly ready for his performance that rocked the house with booming speakers. His set list varied from crowd favorite hits which include “Won’t Back Down”, “Without Me”, “My Name Is,” and “Lose Yourself.” Gun shots were played throughout his set and a mini biography introduced Eminem to the audience. His set included lots of lights and movement; fans received Shady mask signs to hold.
