Late last year, rolling out reported Sue Ann Arnall, fka Sue Ann Hamm, was awarded the biggest divorce settlement ever in the U.S. when an Oklahoma County judge ordered Harold Hamm to hand over close to $1 billion.
Arnall is none to happy with the check her ex was able to write from his personal checking account for $974.8 million on Tuesday.
She is appealing the ruling based on 78 alleged errors and missteps that led a judge to underestimate and devalue her stake in the company’s fortune.
Arnall worked at Continental Resources, where Hamm is CEO, for 26 years. She deems the court’s ruling is “inappropriate” and “not fair” coming from a man who is worth an estimated $18 billion.
