The fifth annual Multicultural Media Luncheon, created and produced by Cheryl Parks Ajamu of The Ajamu Group LLC, recently honored diverse ethnic groups for their global impact in the automotive industry. Held in an intimate setting during the North American International Auto Show Press Week activities in Detroit, the event draws an audience consisting of automotive industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and business professionals from various industries. The keynote speaker, Keith Clinkscales, CEO of REVOLT Media, discussed his company’s success and challenges in marketing and branding to a broad range of consumers.
A panel of journalists from different ethnic backgrounds nominates the award candidates and a panel of business professionals from outside the auto industry selects the award winners. Executives from auto giants Toyota, General Motors, Hyundai, Chrysler and Tesla were honored during this year’s luncheon.
