Tamar Braxton and K. Michelle have viciously hurled daggers and shade at each other for years, but just because the two stars have claimed they’re unbothered by the other doesn’t mean their caustic words don’t hurt. And in an eye-opening new video, Braxton reveals that K. Michelle’s words cut a lot deeper than anyone imagined.
During a recent segment of “The Real” about bullying, co-host Jennie Mai opened up about her fear of online bullies and confrontation and she asked Braxton if she has any advice for people dealing with bullies. However, Mai and the crowd didn’t get the spirited and fiery reaction they were expecting.
“Oh, God. I feel like a terrible person. I don’t have any advice to give my son because …,” Tamar star as she choked up with tears.
That’s when Braxton revealed that she feels like she’s dealing with bullying because of comments K. Michelle made about her looking like a muppet.
“A particular person started … saying that I look like a muppet. And … people say it so much sometimes I start to believe it. And so, I even asked Vince … I’m like …‘Do I look like a muppet?’ He’s like ‘Absolutely not!’ But this person has the whole world calling me that and it’s just so devastating because it takes me back to high school and there is nothing I can do about it. But, what I can do is what Jeannie does, and thank you Jeanie, I can act like the world is all peaches and creams and tastes like strawberries,” Braxton said.
Well, it’s safe to say that a lot of people were shocked to see Braxton lay down her spiked walls and show that shade can hurt anyone, even her.
But how does K. Michelle feel about Braxton’s comments? Find out after the cut.
