Orlando Scandrick and Draya Michele’s breakup went from peaceful to shady in the blink of an eye last week after Scandrick called off the engagement just a month after he proposed to her. Now, it appears that things have gone from shady to violent as Scandrick has filed a restraining order against Michele.
According to TMZ, court documents show that Scandrick requested and received a restraining order from an L.A. county judge over two violent incidents with Michele.
In the docs, Scandrick claims that the first incident happened on April 21 when Draya allegedly maced him, threw candles at him, and then knocked several pictures off the wall of their home.
Scandrick claims he suffered bodily injury during the attack, but the couple seemed to continue to see each other.
The second incident happened on July 3, just days before Scandrick called off the engagement. Scandrick alleges that a 2 a.m. argument turned violent when Michele began throwing a porcelain jewelry holder and books at him, as well as threatening to “throw bleach in his eyes.”
Later on in the night, Michele allegedly threw his clothes into the bathtub and the pool, ruining a number of items.
Scandrick claimed in the request for a restraining order that he feared Michele would turn violent again. The judge granted the restraining order and Michele must now stay at least 100 yards away from Scandrick and she was also ordered to move out of the house.
The former couple are now scheduled to head back to court again in a month.
Well, clearly these two need to stay away from each other and perhaps it’s best that they broke up after all considering all of the drama taking place now.
