Months following the tragic death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, her father, Bobby Brown, has decided to speak out in his first television interview since his daughter’s passing.

“I might walk back there and start crying,” Brown shared in a sneak peek clip of Monday’s season premiere of “The Real” before directing attention to the stage. “If I could have been there two days before, it wouldn’t have went down like that.”

On Jan. 31, Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in her bathtub. The daughter of Whitney Houston was then placed in a medically induced coma and was later transferred to hospice care in June. “We prayed and hoped for six months for something better to happen,” the New Edition singer told co-hosts Loni Love, Tamera Mowry, Tamar Braxton, Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon. “But when God calls you, he calls you.”

He continued, “I’m pretty sure her mother [Whitney Houston] was…had a part with like, ‘Come on, let’s get her up here’ in the best way possible. She was not comfortable by herself I guess and she just called my daughter with her.”

Today, Brown and his wife Alicia Etheredge-Brown are trying to heal and find happiness with the birth of their newborn girl. They also cherish the good times…
