The Atlanta Hawks opened their 2015-16 campaign before a sold out crowd at the Philips Arena in Atlanta. Despite the Hawks losing to the Detroit Pistons by a score of 106-94, fans remained in a jovial mood due to a special performance by Rich Homie Quan.
Rich Homie Quan performed several of his hits including, “Type of Way,” “Walk Thru,” and “Flex.”
In 2015, the Hawks featured performances by several Atlanta-based rappers which included T.I., Ludacris, and 2 Chainz. Big Boi and Phantogram will perform a concert during the Hawks game on Nov. 7.
