Looks like Lil Scrappy is in trouble with his landlord again.
The 31-year-old rapper was recently hit with a lawsuit for not paying his rent, according to Bossip.
Scrappy, born Darryl Kevin Richardson II, is being sued by Randy Williams of the Williams Property Group because of a reported $4,022 owed in back rent and utilities in addition to court costs incurred. Sources indicate that Scrappy is currently renting his five bedroom mini-mansion for $3K per month, but if he doesn’t fork over his back rent he could be evicted soon.
This is the second time this year that Williams has filed suit against the “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” star. Back in January, Williams sued Scrappy for unpaid rent, as well. The two eventually came to an agreement and things were worked out.
In 2010, the rapper had a house foreclosed upon after he failed to make payments.
Thus far, Scrappy has yet to make a comment on the matter.
