Amber Rose is filled to the brim with glee over Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s new show.
The controversial couple recently announced they’ve landed their very own docuseries. Set to air on E! later this year, (giving the Kardashians a run for their money), it’s no surprise Chyna’s BFF would gush about the duo’s star power. “They’re just really full of personality and all over each other constantly. They’re just a really cute couple,” she told E! News. “She is shy in a lot of ways, but I think Rob brings a lot of that out of her. She’ll be good. It’s gonna be a good show, for sure.”
As for what to expect from the upcoming series, Rose appears to be in the dark — yet hopeful. “I don’t know, I don’t do reality, it’s just not my thing,” she explained. “I think it’s gonna be really good for Chyna and Rob, though.”
Of course, when she’s not cheering on her bestie’s success, Rose is working on her own series on VH1. To our surprise, the former video vixen revealed that her ex-husband, Wiz Khalifa, has been one of her biggest supporters. “Me and Wiz have an amazing relationship. We co-parent very well with our son. The thing with Wiz, he’s such a good guy. He never ever wants to do anything with me when it comes to work, because he never wants it to look like I only got shine because he was there,” she continued.
“He knows there’s a double standard. He knows if I have a hit show and he’s on it, there’s a possibility that people will be like, ‘the only reason she has a hit show is because Wiz is on it.’ ”
In spite of it all, Rose welcomes the opportunity to showcase her true self and tear down the nasty labels that often overshadow her warm nature. “What people tell me is, ‘Wow, I really thought you were gonna be bitchy and stuck up, and you’re really, really nice and sweet,’ she said.
“I’m a big softy. I have such a big compassionate heart. I give and give and give and expect nothing in return.”
