The pop star passed on tradition when she walked down the aisle with childhood pal Jason Alexander at Las Vegas’s Little White Wedding Chapel, January 2004. Less than 55 hours later, the then 22-year-old filed annulment papers stating, “Plaintiff Spears lacked understanding of her actions to the extent that she was incapable of agreeing to the marriage,” CNN reported at the time. Ouch.
