L.A. Reid has forked out $18 million on a Los Angeles mansion, which was originally on the market for $28 million.
The 60-year-old music executive has snapped up a seven-bedroom property in Bel-Air, which comes complete with seven bathrooms and a built-in gym as well as a bar and a 300-bottle wine cellar.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the abode has an indoor cinema and retractable glass walls allowing for maximum space.
Reid, who is reportedly worth around $300 million, will also be able to skip the stairs in the three-story high property, which was only built in 2015, as his new house has an elevator.
But if he does prefer to use the stairs, then the former “X Factor” judge will not be disappointed as the home features two floating glass staircases.
What’s more, there is an infinity pool and spa, which could be ideal if he is in need of a relaxation session after a hard day at work.
The plush pad also features granite walls, white oak floors and boasts incredible views of the city and the sea.
There is also a chef’s kitchen featuring white wood cabinets and two islands, as well as a dining area complete with a chandelier.
