Serena Williams helps Berlei celebrate launch into US market

Serena Williams, the brand ambassador for the iconic Australian brand Berlei celebrated their launch into the U.S. market on Thursday, Aug. 25 at Macy’s Herald Square. Williams was wearing the Berlei SF3 High Impact Underwire sports bra in Strawberry Sorbet.

Williams has worn Berlei sports bras in every match she has played for the past 10 years, since her mother first discovered the brand on a trip to Australia.“As a female athlete, I know how important a good bra is,”
said Williams. “As my tennis regime includes tons of high-performance exercises, I’m always running, bouncing and jumping, and I need to be confident there is both comfort and support — especially on court. I am excited to help introduce these bras globally; I haven’t looked back since my mom introduced me to Berlei.”

The sports bra line features a fashionable palette of colors and prints, and boasts breathable mesh detailing throughout — leaving the wearer cool and comfortable — and ready for high-impact activity. Berlei sports bras are designed with four different support factor ratings: SF4- Extreme Impact; SF3 High Impact; SF2 Medium Impact and Low Impact. Retail prices range from from $35 to $68.
