For the past nine hours, singer Chris Brown has been in a standoff with Los Angeles police at his home. According to sources, a woman identified as Baylee Curran, who is Miss California Regional 2016, called 911 after Brown allegedly threatened her with a gun. Curran and a friend had been partying overnight with Brown, including a hot tub soak, when she went back inside a friend of Brown’s was showing off a piece of jewelry. When she started to admire the “bling” it is alleged that Brown became enraged and told her to “get the f— out” and pointed a gun at her. A large group of friends were at the home, including reality TV star Ray J, who was reportedly getting a tattoo done in the home.

Curran alleges that Brown appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the encounter. Curran stated that when she tried to leave, people in the house affiliated with Brown would not allow her to take her phone and go unless she signed a non-disclosure agreement. Curran stated she refused to sign it and left the house with her friend and they called 911.

Police responded with a search warrant earlier today and Brown as well as his friends refused the police entry. Brown was heard to shout to police, “come and get me” and allegedly threw a bag containing drugs, a gun and other weapons out of a window. During the whole strange encounter, Brown posted video on Instagram where he goes on an almost 4-minute rant.

Brown stated in part,”So I’m sleep half the damn night,’ he told the camera. I just wake up. All these motherf—ing helicopter choppers is around. Police out there at the gate. Come on my n—–! What the f— hell else do you want from me? I stay out the way, take care of my daughter, do work. I don’t f— ugly b—-es, trifling b—-es, whatever else.”

Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, has arrived at the scene and entered the house. Brown is expected to surrender at any moment,
