Chevrolet honors Howard University students at ’Discover the Unexpected’ event



The field of journalism and communications continues to evolve each day. It’s important for the next generation of journalists to be able to present the news in a way that is inspiring and innovative.

To help students at Howard University’s school of journalism reach the next level, Chevrolet teamed up with the National Newspaper Publishers Association and Howard University for the “Discover the Unexpected” program. MC Lyte served as the host as students Brandi Montgomery, Victoria Jones, Sidnee King, and Tatyana Hopkins all shared their experiences of interning for publications across the country.
