Schoolkids’ tricks on teachers have included putting tacks in chairs or even stealing from a teacher but three high school boys took it to another level. A group of high school students in Omaha, Nebraska, are in trouble after a treat prepared in class for their teacher. Police are reporting that three students between the ages of 14 and 15 were in a home economics class preparing a turnover pastry as part of the day’s assignment. The students reportedly kept going to the restroom during the class but what they were doing there was a crime. According to reports, the three students ejaculated into a container and then mixed it into a frosting for their cooking assignment.

The unnamed teacher then ate the mix when she was sampling the classroom projects. The whole plot was exposed after another student heard the boys giggling and talking during the school day. School officials were informed and questioned the three boys at Westside High School. Two students reportedly admitted to placing their semen in the frosting, the third suspect claimed not to have followed through with the plot. Police were called and evidence of their action was recovered by authorities. The trio now faces misdemeanors that will be prosecuted in juvenile court. The trio will also face unspecified school disciplinary measures. In a statement, the local school district said, “We offer our complete support to the staff member involved. This incident is not indicative of Westside High School or any of our schools, environments that promote respect for all of our staff members and students.”

A law enforcement official stated that after consulting with prosecutors, police couldn’t find a state law that governs this kind of act. They could not be charged with assault because it didn’t involve bodily injury.
