Georgia lynching, grave sites and Hard Labor Lake open for tours

The first stop is a small plot of land in downtown Monroe covered in weeds and tombstones. It is there that the grave of Mae Murray Dorsey is located. If you did not know her story, her tombstone, covered in vines, would escape your notice. Former Georgia Representative Tyrone Brooks speaks with passion and the knowledge of history as he explains this is the first of many gravesites that will be visited.
