Kandi Burruss was hardly subtle in demonstrating how she’s had just about enough with the reincarnation of Xscape. When fans viewed the awkward interview on “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen, they saw that lingering tensions are still billowing above the beloved multiplatinum 1990’s girl group. And they are openly wondering if the reunited singers are on the verge of breaking up yet again.

Xscape popped by WWHL as part of promoting their current reunion tour, which has reportedly been doing very well.

When Burruss, a star on the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and Xscape’s new “Still Kickin’ It” reality show, was asked about new music, LaTocha Scott, Tiny Harris and Tamika Scott indicated they are all in for it. But Burruss told Cohen that she won’t be joining the group because she’ll be busy with Broadway:

Kandi: “They are doing new music.”

Andy: “Why aren’t you going to be recording with them?”

Tamika: “Tell the truth Kandi! Tell the truth!”

Kandi: “I’m going to do Broadway and some other things and they’re gonna be working on new music.

That awkward exchange got fans thinking that the four won’t make it to the end of the tour and, even if they do, there will be no more music or concerts from the entire group:

The interview got even more contentious when Cohen brought up an old radio interview in which Tamika Scott accused Burruss of breaking up the group by sleeping with both Jermaine Dupri and Jermaine’s father, music industry executive Michael Mauldin. Tamika admitted on “Watch What Happens Live” that the Michael Mauldin rumor was not true:

Kandi: “It wasn’t about the Jermaine part…”

Tamika: “I didn’t make up the Jermaine story…I didn’t make that up.”

Kandi: “Not the Jermaine—Jermaine and I hooked up but that’s not why we broke up. It was some other stuff that she said—you said that I hooked up with Jermaine’s dad and that’s absolutely not true.

Tamika: “That’s what I said that was not correct.”

Obviously, there’s still some unresolved angst and differences between Burruss and at least one of her bandmates.

Fans noticed this and immediately took to social media to share their sentiments that this tour will most likely be the last project they willl embark upon as a quartet:

Tamika also addresses the issue of getting pregnant and being pressured to get an abortion, something that continues to bother her:

And the opinions of fans came pouring in after the interview was concluded:
