Kelly Price, Montell Jordan, Keke Wyatt, Algebra Bassett, Lil G from Silk, Day 26, Ted Winn, Zebulon Ellis, Sharon Moore, Andrea, and Quinn from the Juke Box were just some of the names that blew the roof off at the Atlanta Mariott Buckhead at Caroling with Q Parker & Friends. This was the third annual event and night of caroling to pay homage to the elderly that live in a center in Buckhead that provides living assistance for senior citizens. Oh what a joy Q. Parker and his wonderful, talented, celebrity singing friends were able to bring to these senior citizens.
Throughout the night, Parker did give thanks to several organizations and people who made the night possible. He never forgets to thank those that constantly support him and his wife’s endeavors to create these amazing events for the brothers, for the single women, for couples and he saw what was missing: supporting the elderly and senior citizens who are not able to get around and do the things they did in younger years. This was such a kind gesture and it was a great opportunity to support upcoming new groups like Glamour, who did a marvelous accapella performance, singing a Christmas song dear to their heart. This was a group formerly introduced to us by Kandi Burruss.
There were also celebrities and Atlanta local tastemakers in attendance, such as Ray Lavendar, Alexis Branch, actor Dennis White, Mike Snotty, Ian Burke, Don Vito, Dvante Black and Kristen Jordan. Special thanks to the NBMBAA organization, Bright on Gardens, Empower Inc, Atlanta Mariott Buckhead and the Q. Parker Legacy Foundation. This event was nothing short of amazing.
