The accused pimp and the clients she allegedly supplied Alpha Kappa Alpha pledges to for sex, have turned themselves into the Peach County Jail. Peach County District Attorney David Cooke ordered the accused to turn themselves in yesterday for booking, Here are the mug shots of the accused:
The alleged pimp mastermind Alecia Johnson, also a member of AKA, was charged with six counts of pimping for providing the students to the men charged and six counts of prostitution over her allegedly performing sex acts for money and gifts. In addition, Johnson was also charged with conspiracy to commit fiduciary theft on allegations she conspired to take a student’s scholarship money in October 2015. The pimping and prostitution charge are misdemeanors under Georgia law; however, the accusation of stealing a student’s scholarship money is a felony.
Kenneth Howard, 56
Kenneth Howard serves as the city manager for the City of Hinesville and is a 1985 graduate of Fort Valley State University. He was charged with the misdemeanors of pandering and solicitation of sodomy over incidents that occurred during the 2017-2018 academic year at Fort Valley State.
Ryan Jenkins, 35

Charles Jones, 57
The arrest of Charles Jones caused shock because he had multiple roles at FVSU. Before his abrupt resignation during the scandal, he served in positions that included director of the Public Service Center, chief legal officer and director of Government Relations. He is charged with the misdemeanors of pandering and solicitation of sodomy over incidents that occurred during the 2017-2018 academic year at Fort Valley State.
Devontae Little, 26
Devontae Little is charged with the misdemeanors of pandering and solicitation of sodomy over incidents that occurred during the 2017-2018 academic year at Fort Valley State.
Little, 26, is also accused of assaulting a 16-year-old girl at a Georgia Center for Youth facility in Taylor County in April 2018. At the time, the teen, who is in foster care, was assigned to the state-contracted facility by the Division of Family and Children Services, and Little served as a human services professional.
Arthur James Nance Jr., 46

Ernest Harvey, 47, of Fort Valley, is an assistant principal in charge of discipline at Huntington Middle School in Houston County. He was charged with the misdemeanors of pandering and solicitation of sodomy over incidents that occurred during the 2017-2018 academic year at Fort Valley State.
