Police claim to be in possession of a video posted online where a man rapped about murdering and burying his girlfriend before he allegedly killed her and a witness.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office announced that Robert Anthony Camou, 27, is being charged in the murder of his girlfriend Amanda Custer in Monrovia, California, about 25 minutes east of downtown Los Angeles, CNN reports.

Police claim that, during the lastest domestic violence episode, Camou chased Custer down as she ran for her life at an elderly neighbor’s house. Camou reportedly caught up with her and strangled her before killing the elderly man who tried to intervene.

Witnesses told authorities they saw Camou put Custer’s lifeless body into the back of a Toyota and flee, according to CNN. Custer’s body has yet to be found. However, police said they found “evidence” of a crime, including blood and a digging tool in the back of the Toyota as well as blood at the crime scene.

CNN says Camou had been released from jail on bail when these alleged killings occurred. He was arrested back in April on another domestic violence charge with Custer, where he allegedly beat her, choked her and jolted her with a Taser.

Police said that after they obtained a video of Camou rapping about murdering and burying Custer, they were finally able to track him down in L.A. He was then taken into custody after a five-hour standoff.
