They say it is easier to get kicked when you are down, and Kevin Hart is getting hammered while being laid up in a rehabilitation center after breaking his back in three places.
Already facing a $60 million lawsuit from a woman who claims her sexual encounter with Hart was secretly videotaped, Hart, 40, may now be held responsible for the devastating crash of his classic car that nearly killed Hart and the driver.
According to TMZ and Page Six, all three passengers in the comedic actor’s vintage 1970 Plymouth Barracuda have “lawyered up” as the muscle car was not equipped with proper safety harnesses nor airbags that could have perhaps prevented serious injuries.

Hart, as has been conveyed by these outlets, considers himself lucky to be alive after his car careened down an embankment in Malibu Hills, California, near Los Angeles. Hart and the driver, Jared S. Black, 28, suffered severe back injuries and face months, if not years, of rehabilitation. Rebecca Broxterman, 31, the backseat passenger and the fiancée of the driver, only suffered minor scratches.
