The prosecution’s case against Cuba Gooding Jr. has become considerably more troublesome for the Oscar-winning actor as it includes graphic accusations and more than a dozen alleged victims.
Up to 14 women have reportedly made statements against Gooding, according to the legal documents obtained by Page Six, as prosecutors try to prove a pattern of sexual misconduct against the Boyz N the Hood star.
Gooding, 51, who won an Academy Award for his supporting role in Jerry Maguire, is accused of requesting that one of the females sit on his face and urinate in his mouth while he was grabbing her bare breast, prosecutors alleged during the Tuesday hearing, Page Six reports.
As of now, the actor is charged with two counts of forcible touching and two counts of third-degree sex abuse involving two women. He pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanors.
Prosecutors are expected to introduce the other 12 women’s testimony in order to bolster their case that Gooding has been doing this to women for years and should be punished
The most inflammatory example, by far, of Gooding’s alleged behavior is the episode in 2011 when an unknown woman walked by him in an LA club to go to the restroom. The legal documents state that Gooding allegedly reached up and placed his hand inside her shirt, squeezed her bare breast and asked, “in substance, ‘Sit on my face, pee in my mouth.'”
The woman, whom Gooding had never met, reportedly pushed him away while stating “You’re so nasty.” Gooding allegedly repeated the offense a short time later, but someone stepped in to tell him to leave her alone.
“I want her to sit on my face and pee in my mouth,’’ the documents said Gooding repeated.
